Resetting your Married Next password

If you can't sign in, you can reset your password by email. The reset link is good for one hour.

Request a reset link

1. Go to https://marriednext.com and select "Log in"

2. Select "Forgot your password?" beneath the password field

3. On the "Forgot password" page, enter your "Email address" and select "Send reset link"

You'll see a "Check your email" confirmation. If an account exists for that address, we send an email from Married Next with the subject "Reset your Married Next password".

Set a new password

1. Open the email and select "Reset my password"

2. On the "Choose a new password" page, enter your "New password" (at least 8 characters) and "Confirm new password"

3. Select "Update password"

You'll be returned to the "Sign in" page - sign in with your new password.

Resetting your password signs you out of every other active session, so a lost or shared device can't stay logged in.

The link expires one hour after it's sent and can only be used once. If it's expired, select "Request a new reset link" and start again.
