Terms of Service

Effective April 27, 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to make any purchase. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@marriednext.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
• Send spam or mass unsolicited invitations, or use guest invitation features to message people who have not agreed to be contacted.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through automated means except via interfaces we expressly provide.
• Impersonate another person or create wedding sites that do not correspond to a real event tied to the account holder.
• Use the Service to violate any law or any third party’s rights.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, RSVPs, guest list entries, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Married Next a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), publicly display, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to deliver the features you request, including AI-assisted features described in our Privacy Policy.

You also grant us the right to use anonymized or de-identified versions of Your Content (with personal information removed) to promote the Service, including in marketing materials and example templates. We will not use identifiable photos, names, or wedding details for marketing without your consent.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and to grant the licenses above, and that Your Content does not violate any third party’s rights.

5. Plans, Payments, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change for new purchases.

Memories feature.The Memories feature is sold as time-limited one-time purchases (currently Lite, Memories, and Unlimited tiers). Each tier grants access to a defined upload window and storage cap as described on the pricing page or in your account at the time of purchase. Access to Memories ends when the tier’s window closes.

Other paid features. Other features may be offered on different terms (for example, subscriptions or one-time purchases with different access windows). The specific terms presented at checkout for that feature apply.

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for purchases of the Service, in whole or in part, except where required by law.

6. Free Features and Beta Functionality

We may offer free features and may release features marked as beta or experimental. These are provided as-is and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, templates, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by Married Next or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Stripe, Vercel, Porkbun, our database host, our email provider, and AI providers). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation becomes impractical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content, subject to any retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL NOT BE LOST. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT CONTENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARRIED NEXT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MARRIED NEXT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Married Next from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to small-claims court is the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the “Effective” date and, where appropriate, give notice by email or in-product. Continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Married Next regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
