How to change your wedding website link

Pick a different free web address for your wedding website — and understand what happens to the old link.

Every Married Next wedding comes with a free web address built from your names. If you’d like a different one, you can pick from freshly generated options any time.

Where to find it

  1. Sign into your Married Next account at https://marriednext.com

  2. Navigate to https://marriednext.com/engaged/settings?tab=website

  3. Find the “Your Web Address” section — “Pick one of the free links generated from your names.”

How to change your link

  1. Choose one of the suggested addresses from the list.

  2. If none fit, select “Generate more options” to see a new set.

  3. Select the “Save address” button.

Until you save, the status line reads “New selection — not yet saved.” After saving, a confirmation appears — “Website address updated” — and your site becomes available at the new address.

What happens to your old link

When you save a new address, your site moves to the new link right away and the old address is released. The old link stops working — visitors won’t be redirected — so it’s best to settle on your address before you print or share it.

If you’ve already handed out the old link on invitations, save-the-dates, or messages, send your guests the new one so they can still reach your RSVP page.

Your free link looks like yourname.marriednext.com (or marriednext.com/wedding/yourname). Want your own domain instead? See How to connect a custom domain.

That’s it — your new wedding website link is live.
