How to search and filter your guest list & read RSVP statuses
Find guests fast, filter by whether they've replied, and understand what each RSVP status means.
Your guest list has search, filters, and two views so you can quickly see who’s coming, who’s declined, and who still hasn’t replied.
Where to find it
-
Sign into your Married Next account at https://marriednext.com
-
Navigate to your guest list at https://marriednext.com/engaged/guests
Two ways to view your list
Switch between the tabs at the top of the list:
- “By invitation” — groups people under the invitation they share.
- “By guest” — a flat table of every individual, including plus-ones.
Search
Type in the search box to filter as you go. On “By invitation” it reads “Search any guest in any invitation…”; on “By guest” it reads “Search guests…”. It matches on name and email (and phone and address on the “By guest” tab). Matches are highlighted, and a “Clear filters” link resets everything.
Filter and sort
- Select the “RSVP” filter to narrow by reply: “All,” “Confirmed,” “Declined,” or “Not Responded.” You can also select a number in the stats bar at the top to filter to that group.
- Use the sort dropdown for “Newest first” or “Oldest first.” On the “By guest” tab you also get “A-Z” and “Z-A.”
- Use “Per page” (10, 25, or 50) and the pager to move through a long list.
Reading RSVP statuses
Every guest and plus-one shows one of three statuses:
- “Attending” — they’ve confirmed they’re coming.
- “Declined” — they’ve replied that they can’t make it.
- “Not Responded” — no reply yet (this is where a new guest starts).
The stats bar totals these for you: invitations, total guests, and how many are attending, declined, and pending. The “Recent activity” panel on the right shows the latest replies as they come in.
To change a status yourself, select the status pill on a guest’s row and pick a new one — see How to edit a guest.
