How to invite guests & share your RSVP link

Once a guest is on your list, you can invite them two ways: email them an invitation, or copy their personal RSVP link and share it yourself (text, chat, a printed card).

Before you start, your website needs a web address for RSVP links to work. If you haven’t picked one, see How to change your wedding website link. To send email invites, the guest needs an email on their row.

Option A — Send while you add the invitation

1. Sign into your Married Next account at https://marriednext.com

2. On the “Add invitation” page (https://marriednext.com/engaged/guests/add), add your guests.

3. In the “Send it now” panel on the right, turn on the switch — “Invites go out when you save.”

4. Choose a delivery method:

   • “Email invite” — emails each guest who has an email address. The panel shows how many “of N have an email.”
   • “Shareable link” — creates a link you copy and send yourself.

5. Select the “Add & send” button.

Guests without an email always get a shareable link instead — the panel names who that applies to. After saving, the confirmation names who was emailed and gives you a “Copy RSVP link” button for anyone who wasn’t.

Option B — Share the link later from your guest list

1. Navigate to your guest list at https://marriednext.com/engaged/guests

2. Select the “⋯” menu on the invitation’s card.

3. Choose “Copy RSVP link.”

You’ll see a “RSVP link copied” confirmation. Paste it anywhere you like — it opens that invitation’s RSVP form pre-loaded, so the guest doesn’t have to look themselves up.

The “Copy RSVP link” option only appears once your wedding has a web address. If you don’t see it, set your address first.

What the guest receives

An email invite comes from Married Next with the subject “You’re invited — your names,” your wedding date if you’ve set one, and an “RSVP now” button that opens their invitation’s RSVP form. There’s also a link to your wedding site.

Sends are best-effort — if one doesn’t go through, the confirmation tells you, and you can always copy the link and share it directly. When a guest replies, their status updates on your guest list; see How to search and filter your guest list.
